Recruitment of Head Constable (Radio Operator ) through a Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ ST/ OBC
Applications are invited from Male Indian Citizens from SC/ ST/ OBC community for the following posts in BSF :
Head Constable (Radio Operator) : 430 posts (SC-233, ST-115, OBC-82), Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 grade pay Rs. 2400/-Application Fee : Rs.50/- for OBC only in the form of Bank DD/ Postal Order in favour of Inspector General/ DIG / Commandants to who the application is sent. (see detailed Advt.)
How to Apply : Application in the prescribed format should be send on or before 28/02/2013 to Inspector General/ DIG/ Commandant at various BSF Offices as details are provided in advertisement.

Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST and OBC for the posts of Head Constable (Radio Operator) in BSF – January 2013
Applications are invited from male & female Indian citizens belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes for the post of HC(RO) in BSF Comn Set-up in the pay scale of Rs. 5200-20,200 (PB-I) plus Grade pay of Rs. 2400/- per month. The post carries, in addition to pay, dearness allowance and other allowances, leave travel concession, medical facility etc, as applicable to central Govt employees and rent free accommodation, ration money or free ration as admissible to the members of the Force from time to time. New pension scheme as per Central Civil Services (extra ordinary pension) amendment rules 2003 will be applicable to the persons selected for appointment on the basis of above test.

Qualification : Candidates must possess Matriculation or equivalent with 2 years ITI certificate in Radio & TV or Electronics or Intermediate/10+2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized Institution.Age Limit : Not below 18 years or over 30 years as on 28 February 2013 for SC & ST Category and Not below 18 years or over 28 years as on 28 February 2013 for OBC categoryApplication Fee : Rs.50/- only for OBC candidates.Last date of receipt of application : 28.02.2013
