Age Limit: Candidates age must be up to 40 years

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess M.SC Statistics or B. Sc Statistics and adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in a prescribed format as given in the website www.gujhealth.gov.in/nrhm which is available in the latest news section. Fill the application and enclose relevant documentary proofs and send it to State Programme Management Unit, Government Dispensary, Sector – 5 C, “G” Road, Nr. Masjid, Gandhinagar on or before 18-01-2013.
