Essential Qualifications: At least first class in M.Sc. Physics/M.Sc Electronics/M.Sc Material ScienceDesirable Qualifications : M.Tech. Solid State Materials/M.Phil (Physics). Those having qualified GATE/NET examination shall be preferred/one year Research experience.Age Limit : The upper age limit is 28 years (Age relaxation as per rules)
